FALL FROM CYCLE.
YOUNG WOMAN INJURED. SKID CAUSES ACCIDENT. When riding a pillion on a motor cycle at the top of Khylier Pass Road, near i the Church of the Holy Sepulchre, last night, about 11.2(1, a young woman. Miss Kathleen Clarke, of 14, Morrill Street. Ellerslie, fell from the cycle, and sustained concussion. The accident occurred when it was raining, and the rider of the motor cycle, Mr. Rober Mander, was unaware "that he had lost his passenger until he reached Newmarket. He then turned back, and found Miss Clarke lying on the road suffering from concussion, where the motor cycle had skidded on the slippery road.A St. John ambulance was called and took the injured woman to the Auckland! Hospital. Her condition this morning] was not 'serious.
