MAUKU SPORTS MEETING.
For Its 53rd annual sports, to be held on Anniversary Day, January 29, the Mauku Athletic Club has provided £100 in prisemoney. The programme includes running and mounted events and local wood-chop-ping and dancing competitions, and will take place on Mr. R. K. Membery's ground at Patumahoe. Entries for the athletic and chopping events close with the secretary. Mr. C. J. Shore, Patumahoe, as advertised in this issue.
