RAID IN PITT STREET.

MAN ARRESTED AND KEMADNED. _ Shortly after, mid'day to-day, Detectives F. Brady and A. Moore, arrested Arthur George Williams, • aged 41, on a charge of using his premises, 65, Pitt Street, as a common gaming house. Williams later appeared before Mr. W. Kane, J.P., at the police station, when he was remanded to appear in the Police Court on Monday morninK Bail of £100 was allowed.
