RADIO IN HYDERABAD.
CALCUTTA, Xovember 1. After an intensive study of broadcastinCT and television in Europe, where he went at the instance of Hyderabad State, Mr. M. S. Shareef has returned to India full of hopes of introducing radio in the numerous villages in that State. He told a Press representative that the Xizam was much interested in the project of establishing radio stations in his State and that the capital expenditure for that purpose 'would amount to about Rs. 15 lakhs. Possibilities of installing a community receiving, set in every one of the hundreds of villages of the State were also being studied.
