MOLLISON'S HUSTLE.

SPEEDY FLYING IN AFRICA. (Received 2 p.m.) LONDON, December 1. The Khartoum correspondent of the "Daily Mail" reports that Mr. J. A. Mollison, who is on a flight from England to Capetown, arrived at Khartoum at 4.45 p.m. yesterday.

The airman had covered the 1038 miles from Cairo in 11 hours 40 minutes. He went to bed immediately but could not sleep, and started off again for Kisumu, Kenya, at 5.25 p.m.

The flyer reached Kisumu at 5.20 a.m. to-day and took off for Broken Hill at 7.40 a.m.

The airman reached Broken Hill safely at 3 p.m. (Greenwich mean time).
