MUST GO TO SCHOOL.

(From-..pur Own Correspondent.) PUKEKOHE, Tuesday. On eharges of failing to send their children to school, two Maoris, David Rawiri and George Walker, appeared before Mr. F. H. Levien, S.M., in the Pukekohe Court to-day. The charges were originally brought up on August 21 and September 3, but were adjourned in order to give the defendants the opportunity of sending their children to school.

To-day evidence was given that since thoßo dates the children had been attending school regularly, ; and the eharges were dismissed upon payment of costs 10/ in each case.
