LEADER OF OPPOSITION.
N. ISLAND TOUR CONTINUED. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) ' WAIPUKURAU, Tuesday. In the course of his North Island tour, the Hon. A. Hamilton .addressed an enthusiastic meeting of supporters this afternoon at Waipawa. After a meeting at Dannevirke to-night he will be at Woodville to-morrow morning, at Pahiatua in the afternoon, and at Masterton in the evening.
Mr. Hamilton will address a Carterton meeting on Thursday afternoon and at night he will meet supporters in the Wellington and Hutt electorates and all executives and will give an account of his tour.
Information that the Post and Telegraph" Department is purchasing for building purposes the land adjoining the post office site in Te Kuiti has been received in Te Kuiti from the Post-master-General, the Hon. F. Jones. Mr. jon.cs says it is hoped to include a new post office for Te Kuiti in next year's building programme.- .■■ ■ - -
