MAN'S CLAIM FOR REDRESS. (Received 1.30 p.m.) LONDON, November 17. A man created a scene in the House of Commons by throwing leaflets from the Strangers' Gallery, from which he was immediately ejected. The leaflets declared that the man had been knocked down and seriously injured srt New-castle-on-Tyne in 1930 by -a car driven by a Chilian naval officer. He complained that the British Government had done nothing to secure redress.
