80TH BIRTHDAY IN INDIA. British Official Wireless. (Received 12 noon.) RUGBY, November 17. Lord Baden-Powell, Chief Scout, is arranging to spend his 80th birthday in India, which he is visiting early next year with Lady Baden-Powell, Chief Guide. They will leave England on January 8.
