BAY OF PLENTY DAIRIES. INCREASE 5 PER CENT. (By Telegraph.—Special to "Star.") TE PUKE, this day. Mr. W. G. Lemmoii, secretary of the Bay of Plenty Dairy Association, supplies the following information in connection with factory output: — Butterfat received for October, 1936, 576,5871b; amount paid out, £28,501. Received for October, 1935, 554,9791b; amount paid out, £27,554; increase, £1007. Total paid for season July to October, 1930 (four months), for the same period, 1935, £55,820; increase, £.10,832. Butter manufactured for season July to October, 1936, 725 tone sc\vt 3qrg 251b; for same period of 193.), GS9 tons 16cwt Oqrs 181b; increase, 35 tons 9cwt 3qrs 71b; increase for season, 5.14 per cent.
