FIRST TIME IN CANADA. MONTREAL (Canada). The flag of Sarawak has been seen in the port of Montreal for 'the first time. It was flown from the new tanker Tricula, owned by the Sarawak Oil Fields, Limited, and the yellow-and-red ensign created much interest 111 a cosmopolitan seaport which thought it had seen them all. Sarawak is an independent state on the north-west coast of Borneo, ruled by a British rajah under the protection of Great Britain. Its oilfields are of growing importance and are served by a fleet of tankers of which the Tricula is the newest.
