TROTSKY STOPPED.
Attempt to Reply to Soviet Trials. LIBEL SUITS IN NORWAY. (Received 11 a.m.) OSLO, October 29. The Government has banned libel actions in Norwegian Courts in which Trotsky is suing newspapers for publication of Moscow reports. He was hoping, Jherebv, to clear himself of charges made at the Zinovieff trial.
