i THIRD ENTRANT RETIRES. j (Received 9.30 a.m.) BASRA, October 29. The 13,(500-mile Paris-Saigon-Paris air race, regarded as a preliminary for a French round-the-world race to be flown in . conjunction with next year's Paris exhibition, has proved to be a fiasco with the retirement, owing to engine trouble of MM. Challe-Bril and Henry, in their Candron-Goeland machine. r All three entrants in the race ha-l previously retired but MM. Challe-Bril and Henry flew back to Le Bourget and restarted. Rich prizes were offered for I the event.
