The Panmure Township Road Board, pursuant to the provisions of Sections 9 and 10 of the Local Bodies Loans Act, 1926. and under authority of a resolution of the Local Government Loans Board sanctioning the loan proposals passed at a meeting on September 15, 1936, hereby gives notice : — 1. That it proposes to engage in the following public work, which it is duly authorised bv law to undertake, viz.. The installation of a water supply system for domestic and fire fighting purposes, and reticulation for the Panmure Township Road District. 2. That the Board, being unable to provide funds for such works out of its ordinary revenue, proposes to raise a special loan for such purpose. 3. That the sum proposed to be borrowed ' for such purpose is £2500, at a rate of [ interest not exceeding £3 10/ per centum per annum. 4. That the proposed security for the loan is a special rate of 9-16 d in the £1 on the rateable (based on the capital) value of all rateable property in the Panmure Township Road District. I 5. That the loan will be made repayable at the end of 25 years, with provision of a sinking fund of £2 10/ per centum per annum calculated on the amount raised. 6 It is proposed to pay out of the loan the cost of raising the loan, but not to pay thereout the interest and sinking fund for tlie first year of the loan.
