Bowls of pink gladioli and giant heads of stock decorated St. David's Church, Khyber Pass, yesterday afternoon for the wedding of Miss Nancy Alfra liendell, eldest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. F. L. Rendell, of Grange Road, Mount Eden, and Mr. Frederick Charles Olsen, son of Mrs. S. W. Somerfield, of Royal Oak. The bride, who was given away by her father, wore a smart coral pink flamingo crepe ensemble. The yoke of the bodice and the top of the full sleeves were made of lace, while kjiife tucks trimmed the bodice and were continued down the skirt. A clustar of pink and dark red flowers were plaoed at the high neck. A cellophane glass halo hat was worn, with dark red velvet ribbons hanging from the back, and the ensemble was completed with a long of pink and dark red roses. The bride's sister, Miss Lois Rendell, was the bridesmaid, and her dainty ensemble was made of duck-egg green cloque. The yoke of th 6 bodice and the puff sleeves were inset with narrow bands of lace of the same colour as the frock. Her hat was of navy lace straw trimmed with a chou of cire ribbons. She carried an exquisite bouquet of pink blooms. The best man was Mr. Arthur Bockett. After the ceremony, which was performed by the Rev. Bower Black, a family reception was held at the residence of the bride's parents. The lounge, morning room and dining room wore filled with pink blooms, the tea table being specially beautiful with high crystal stands of shaded pink sweet peas. Mrs. F. L. Rendell wore a Trench gown of opal blue and mole patterned cloque, the neck being trimmed with narrow blue frilling. Her small navy tagel hat was completed with an eyo veil, and she carried a lovely pink bouquet. Mrs. S. W." Somerfield, bridegroom's mother, wore powder blue embossed cloque with a hat of the same material and trimmed with cluster of flowers. A blue and pink bouquet was carried.
