Danzig Opposition Completely Suppressed. SOCIAL DEMOCRAT ARRESTS. (Received 10 a.m.) DANZIG, October. 10. Simultaneously with the dissolution of the Social Democrat/ party the police arrested 200 of its leading members. Opposition to the Nazi Government now seems completely cowed and there aie no signs of resistance. It is obvious the Nazis are determined that there will be no opposition to their leadership in the State. TO GRAVESTONES. LATEST NAZI DECREE. (Received 10 a.m.) BERLIN, October IG. The latest manifestation of a general Nazi regimentation is a decree that ail gravestones must be of the same 'shape and size. Relatives of the dead arc left only the choice of material. All new cemeteries must have an open space for funeral parades.
