BRITISH OFFICIAL'S VISIT. DISCUSSIONS WITH CABINET. (By Telegraph.—Parliamentary Reporter.) WELLINGTON, this day. Sir Walter Kinnear, Controller of the Insurance Department of the British Ministry of Health, will arrive by the Awatea on October 24, and will spend a fortnight in the Dominion. During that time lie will discuss with Cabinet the Government's proposals for a health insurance scheme. Sir Walter is at present in Australia, where he lias been in consultation with the Commonwealth Government.
