Each week one famous film star gives advice on dress; what errors to avoid and how to make the most of one's natural points. The issue includes a full budget of fiction, and the film pages continue the story of how a talkie is made, and also describe the sacrifices which motherhood means for film stars, who in consequence have turned largely to adoption as an outlet for their natural love for children. The big photographic competition, for which the first prize is a free trip to Sydney, or £40 in cash, closes on October 31, and full directions are given for the associated judging contest, for which more cash prizes are being given.
