SELANGOR RULER'S TRIP. British Official Wireless. RUGBY, October 5. The Sultan of Selangor, in the Federated Malay States, reached London yesterday afternoon and was met by Rear-Admiral Arthur Bromley, ceremonial and reception secretary at the Dominions and Colonial Office, representing the Secretary of State for the Colonics, Mr. W.
