LOST IN CRASH.

Vital Document for Palestine Order-in-Council. MISSING AIR LINER. (Received 10 a.m.) LONDON, October 2. The delay in the tightening up measures in Palestine is stated to be due to the authorisation of the necessary Order-in-Council not having arrived. It is another vital document that was lost in the Imperial Airways mail and freight liner that was lost, it is believed in the Channel, when bound from Croydon to Paris on September 25. Texts of the Order are being forwarded by cable. FRUITLESS QUEST. SEARCH FOR LOST AIRMEN. (Received 1 p.m.) PERTH, this day. The aerial search for W. Rous and H. van Beekman, two Dutch airmen who have been missing near Kalgoorlie since Wednesday, continued yesterday without- success. A land party reached the fire, which was seen from the air 00 miles from Kalgoorlie, but reported that it had apparently been lit by a native. No trace was found of wreckage of the lost 'plane.
