DRAFT OF DEED IN QUESTION.
Further legal argument is being heard to-day before Mr. Justice Fair in the action in which the trustee fx." the debenture holders of Redwood Forests, Ltd., seeks to have declared invalid a mortgage of £7500, given in April, 1931, by New Zealand Redwood Forests, Ltd., to Kotalii Lands, Ltd. This morning Mr. Barrowclough, representing the debenture holders, submitted that it had lVot been proved that the deed of covenant, which was the important document in the transaction, and which could not be found, was in the form-of the draft put in. It is not expected that the argument will be concluded to-day.
