PROVISION FOR WIDOW.

(By Telegraph.—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, Wednesday. The Court of Appeal yesterday made an order for further provision out of the estate of Michael Mullin, of Timaru, retired farmer, in favour of his widow, Flora May Mullin. The estate was valued at about £35,000. By his will the deceased gave his widow (applicant) a legacy of £200 md an annuity of £250 during her widowhood. together with the use of liis residence and furniture, subject to the payment of outgoings. Other legacies totalling £2400 were given to various beneficiaries, and the balance of the estate was directed to be divided into 04 parts, of which 27 parts were to be paid to certain nephews and pieces of the testator and the remaiirng 37 shares to certain religious bodies.
