MOTOR CYCLE FATALITY
LOBBY DRIVER EXONERATED. (By Telegraph.—Own Correspondent.) HAMILTON, Tuesday. An inquest into the death of Mr. Xorman Young, aged 36, married, who was fatally injured in a collision near Putaruru on August 19, was concluded before Mr. S. L. Paterson, S.M., coroner, at Hamilton to-day. Evidence was given that deceased was riding a motor cycle round a bend on the Putaruru-Arapuni road when he was involved in a collision with a motor lorry driven by Mr. George Blake, of Putaruru. Deceased received injuries to the head and a fractured leg and died in the Waikato Hospital on September 14. The coroner returned a verdict that the deceased died of head injuries received in the collision. He found that deceased «£as riding on the wrong side of the road and that no blame was attachable to the driver of the lorry.
