CURRENCY CHANGES. AMERICAN DOLLAR STEADY. (Received 10 a.m.) i LONDON, September 29. | Dealings opened in Swiss francs at' 21.32% to the pound sterling, compared with Friday's 15.45. Dutch guilders were 9.07, compared with 7.41%. New York, at 4 dollars 94 cents was unchanged from yesterday. Batavia florins were not quoted. NEW ZEALAND QUOTATIONS.
