METHODIST WOMEN.

t The Great North Road branch of the Methodist Women's Mission Auxiliary held a pleasant social afternoon in the schoolroom, the Rev. Handy (St. John's) occupying the chair. The president. Mrs! Taylor, extended a cordial welcome to visitors from St. Peter's (Presbyterian), Richmond Road (Baptist), Epspm, Mount - Albert, Mount Rpskill and/ St. John's (Methodist). Mrs. White, president of the M.W.M.A., gave a short addjress. Elocutionary items were given by Miss Olphert and solos by Mesdames Simpson and Rodewald. A stall conducted by Mrs. Bleakley to. assist the funds for the mission was well patronised. At the close of the musical items afternoon tea was served.
