In the matter of The Local Bodies Loans Act, 1926, and Amendments thereto and Regulations made thereunder, and The Local Government Loans Board Act, 1926, and Regulations made thereunder, the Body Corporate known as the Chairman, Councillors and Inhabitants of the County of Waitemata hereby gives notice, in terms of Sections 9 and 10 of The Local Bodies Loans Act, 1920, that it proposes to engage in the following undertaking, which it is duly authorised to do by law and by virtue of a resolution o£ the Local Government Loans Board sanctioning the loan proposal, passed at a meeting held on the 23tli day of June, 1936, and being unable to provide the necessary funds for such work out of the ordinary revenue o£ the Council,-pro-poses to raise a Special Loan for the purpose of: — 1.
