New Zealand Tobacco Distributors, Limited. Capital: £10,000 in .£ 1 shares. Subscribers: A. C. Johns, J. Buxton, 50 shares each; J. V. Lane, A. K. Turner, T. S. Townsend, H. J.- Wright, E. 15. Wilkinson, one each. Objects: To encourage co-operative buying of tobacco and to fix minimum selling prices to bo charged, by members. The shareholding is to be restricted as far as possible to bonalide tobacconists.
