WAITAKERE PARK.
BUSH PRESERVATION. DEPUTATION TO COUNCIL. A deputation from the Waitakere Coronation Park committee will wait on the Auckland City Council on Monday evening to urge the council to recognise and assist in the effort that is being made to reserve all available bush areas on the Waitakere Ranges for scenic purposes.
The committee was formed as the result of a public meeting, for which 300 invitations were sent out, and it was attended by , representatives of various Auckland organisations.
