GESTURE TO DOMINIONS.
CORONATION SUGGESTION. (Received 10.30 a.m.) LONDON, August 28. The "Daily Herald" diarist, Hannen Swafler, is urging that the Coronation will give Britain an opportunity to make a gesture to her sister nations, which would mean much to them. He asks: "Why, instead of having at the Coronation people like the King's Champion and the Royal Bargemaster and heaven knows what, do we not officially invite and give pride of place to every Dominion Prime Minister ?
"The Dominions now are equal partners in the British Commonwealth, and their Prim© Ministers have as much right there as ours," concludes the writer.
