ORDER OF ODDFELLOWS

The ladies' social committee of th<? Ponsonby branch of the Grand United Order of Oddfellows entertained some 50 guests at a social evening in Renail Street Hall. Cards and dancing were the order of the evening. The ladies of the committee were Sisters Beamish, Maitland and Prescott, who were nseisted bv Bro. J. Prescott, grand trustee, and Bro. R. G. Wilson, noble grand, as masters of ceremonies. Prizes were won by Sisters Maitland and Conway and Mrs. Tague. while Bros. Goss, Conway and Maitland .were the successful" gentlemen. For the dancing music was supplied by Sister Prescott and Mrs. McWiirter.
