Futures: London, August 33/8%, November 33/7%; Liverpool, October 7/2% per cental, December 7/I'k, March 6/9%. Spot trade is quiet. Australian, ex ship, 40/ to 41/. Flour is dull. Australian, ex store, 27/6. Chicago futures: September 112 cents per bushel, December 41%, May 109%. MINIMUM PRICE FIXED. OTTAWA, August 27. On the recommendation of the Canadian Wheat Board, the minimum price for the 1936-37 crop has been fixed at 87% cents a bushel. This has been approved by the Cabinet Council, conditional upon the closing market level dropping below 90 cents. The same minimum- was fixed by the former Government. It is felt that other action at present might prejudice the findings of the commission, which now is investigating wheat marketing. ' AUSTRALIAN PRODUCE. SYDNEY, August 27. Following are to-day's quotations on i the Sydney produce market: —Wheat: At country sidings, 4/, equal to about 4/6% ex trucks, Sydney, Flour: £12. Bran: £G. Pollard, £6 15/. Potatoes: Tasmanian, £10 10/; others, to £8. Onions: Victorian brown, £17. Maize: Yellow, 4/9. Adelaide prices are:—Wheat: Growers' lots, 4/4%. Flour: Bakers' lots, £11 10/. Bran and pollard: £6 5/. Oats: Algerian, 2/3. Barley: 2/i.
