ZANOL CUP.

The Junior Challenge Cup was presented to the New Zealand Hockey Association in 1920 and although it was keenly sought after during the first four years of its existence, since Auckland won it in 1024, the challenges have been very spasmodic. Canterbury last played for it against Auckland in 1928, but were beaten bv four goals to nil. Now they have sent a strong team to have another try to wrest the cup from the holders, and the prospects of a thrilling game are excellent. This game will be played at Papatoetoe on No. 2 ground at 1.30 p.m., while the New Zealand Challenge Shield game is set down for No. 1 ground at 2.55 p.m. Special buses will leave Commerce Street for the Papatoetoe grounds.
