UNDEFENDED DIVORCES.

Two undefended divorce petitions were heard in the Supreme Court this morning by Mr. Justice Callan.

On the ground of separation, under a deed made in 1933, a decree was granted Marion Crookston Robertson (Mr. C. 0. Butler) against David Robertson. The parties were married in 1914. A deed of separation was also the •round on which a decree was granted Donald Cecil Bertram! Sutherland (Mr. R." X. Moody) against Norma Fuller Sutherland. " The marriage took place in and the following year a deed of separation was entered into.
