(e) Empowering the Council to Compensate for injury due to exercise ot its powers. (f) Empowering the Council to Cancel or Refuse License to debtor milkvendors in certain circumstances. (g) Altering Constitution of Court to hear price appeals. (li) Altering Maximum Yearly Payment to Members. (f) Generally making provision enabling the Council more effectively to achieve the purposes of the principal Act.
