PRESENTATIONS.
Messrs. A. Morris and W. C. Dixon, retiring superintendents of the butter and cheese departments respectively of tlio New Zealand Co-op. Dairy Co., Ltd., were farewelled by the executive officers of the company on Saturday. The general manager, Mr. C. J. Parlane, handed Messrs. Morris and Dixon wellfilled wallets and wished them every happiness in their retirement. Messrs. S. Finch, of Waimauku, and L. Cubis, of Waharoa, have been appointed to succeed Messrs. Morris and Dixon as assistants to the factory superintendent, Mr. W. Y. Kirkman.
Mr. J. Morsehead was presented with an oak-eased clock in appreciation of his 21 years' service as manager of the Tolaga Bay Dairy Co. by the directors of the company. In making the presentation the chairman, Mr. J. P. Guthrie, said few could boast of a record such as that of Mr. Morsehead, who had spent 31 years in the service of only two companies. The first 10 years of his connection with the dairying industry had been spent with the Northern Wairoa Company.
