The following new public company lias . been registered in Auckland: — Industrial Chemicals (X.Z.), Ltd. chemists, taking over the private business known as Industrial Chemicals (IC.Z.) Ltd. Capital: £13,000 in £1 shares. Sub scribers: H. C. Browne, W. R. Budge, S Tricklebank, 11. 11. Edwards*- C. Barnard R. W. Lock, J. Millar, one share each. The following new private company lias been registered in Auckland:— Industrial Chemicals, Ltd. Capital £13,000. comprising 10,000 ordinary ant 3000 redeemable preference shares, thi holders of preference shares to receivi a fixed accumulative preferential divident at the ra'te of S per cent for the firs year, 7 per cent for the second year, an< thereafter, until redeemed. 6 per cent Shareholders: Messrs.
