SHY KING EDWARD.

WOULD NOT FACE CROWD. (Received 1 p.m.) BELGRADE, August 16. The inhabitants are overjoyed at the arrival of the yacht Nahlin off the village of Loumbarda, on the south coast of the island of Korcula. The Nahlin lay yesterday off Split, and the King spent the day mostly aboard, being unwilling to face the crowd occupying the harbour front. The King in the evening went ashore and witnessed the performance of an old folk play depicting the triumph of virtuous whites over wicked black pirates.
