The High Court has issued a habeas corpus writ requiring the District Commissioner to submit reasons why Hassan Sidky Dajani, an Arab strike leader, should not be released from a concentration camp. This is regarded as a test case to determine whether the Government has a right to detain all other Arab leaders.
