COLONIES NEEDED.
BALKAN POWERS' DEMANDS
(Received 11.30 a.m.) VIENNA, August 3.
The Czech Press is raising the question of colonies for countries of the Little Entente (Yugoslavia, Czechoslovakia and Rumania) and suggests that if Germany advances her claims at the Locarno Conference the Little Entente should its desires known. It is stressed that Czecho-Slovakia, like Poland, needs an outlet for her surplus population.
