YOUTH IN POLITICS.
INTEREST IN HAWKE'S BAT. (From Our Own Correspondent.) WAIPUKURAU, Monday. The youth in politics movement advanced a stage further on Saturday night, when a large t atliering from all parts of Hawke's Bay assembled at Waipukurau. The speakers were ill'. F. W. Doidge. of Rotorua, and Messrs. C. George (president), Brian Kingston (vice-president) and John Kealy (se:-r- tary) of the Auckland Junior National League. They dealt fully with the purposes of the youth movement. Mr. L. Rolls, of Napier, who presided, said the attendance, which filled the Masonic Hall, was thoroughly representative of ajl three Hawke's Bay electorates. Mr. C. Weston, K.C y of Wellington, was amongst those present.
