TOUR-DE-FRANCE RACE. WIN FOR BELGIANS. PARIS, this day. The Tour-de-France cycle race resulted : Mnes (Belgium) 1, Magne (France) 2. The teams event was won by Belgium. Mnes' time for the 2776 -miles was 143 hours 14 minutes 27 seconds.
NORTHERN CLUB.
The Northern Club -will condnct an 11mile junior handicap and a '161-mile Continental grade race for seniors on Saturday afternoon, the junior event starting at 2.15 p.m. The senior event will be run on the lap points system.
