BOXING.
AUCKLAND TITLES. BIG LIST OF ENTRIES. For the Auckland Amateur Boxing Association's championships, to be decided at the Town Hall on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday next week, a large list of entries has been received. Up to closing time yesterday, the number of nominations equalled last year's list, but a late entry by post this morning took the number past last year's. For the paper-weight class two more entries are expected. All last year's champions, with the exception of D. Lindesay (heavyweight), who is on cruise with the Diomcde, will defend their titles.
