LUNCHEON PARTIES.

Miss Nance Andrews entertained a number of friends at a luncheon party on Monday, held in the Tudor room of Milne and Chovce, .Ltd. The guest of honour was Miss Audrie Allison, whose'.marriage takes place shortly. The table 'was beautifully set in all shades of lemon and orange, all the appointments being in the same tones. Among the o-uests were: —Mrs. George Davidson, Mrs.° B. Fisher, Misses Joy Hammer, Margot Pountney, Betty Goldie, Margaret Copsey, Gwen and Betty Richards, Rita Gorrie, Eva Saunders, Betsy Garden, Gay Henderson, Peggy Leeper, Toza Pike, Esme Burclier, Betty Bremner and' Pat Grayson.

Mrs. Cunliffe Parker gave an enjoyable luncheon party yesterday in the Tudor room of Milne and Clioyce, Ltd., the guests of honour being the cast of the play entitled "Woven Wind," which was written by the hostess. Particularly beautiful was the floral decorated table, the colourings being mauve and turquoise blue. Noticed 011 some of the guests were sprays of early fruit blossom. Among those present were;— Mrs. Parker, Mrs. A. J. C. Fisher, Mrs. A. Lane, Mrs. R. Stratton, Mrs. Hugh Fenton, Mr. and Mrs. R. Yock, Mrs. L. P. Leary, Miss Althea Parker, Miss Phil Peacoek, Messrs. Middleton, J. Hudson and Max Robertson.
