PRESENTATION.

A farewell social was tendered Mr. J. J. Darby by the social committee and members of the West End Bowling Club at the club pavilion on Saturday night, when the president, Mr. Fraser Smith, presented Mr. Darby with a chiming clock. In reply Mr. Darby mentioned that he had been a member of the club for 15 years. Tributes were paid to Mr. Darby's services by Mr. F. Needham, past president, Mr. Parkinson, Mr. Worsfold and Mr. Brookes.
