Stable Government Formed in The West. RED CROSS OFFICER REPORTS. (Received 9.30 a.m.) KHARTOUM, July 29. Returning from Gore, headquarters of the resistance in Western Abyssinia, a former Red Cross official, Captain Brophil, reports tlie formation of a stable Government representing the Galla and Amhara tribes which is controlling 100,000 square miles. Captain Brophil made five flights in a vain search for a missing Swedish ambulance unit comprising 15 men. He will remain at Khartoum pending instructions from Prince Charles of Sweden.
