JAPAN WILLING.
JOIN LEAGUE CONFERENCE. (Received 12.30 p.m.) TOKYO, July 29. The Foreign Office spokesman said that Japan was willing to join, in principle, in a conference to be held under the auspices of the League of Nations, to discuss redistribution of raw materials.
