FATAL BURNS.
TARANAKI CHILD'S DEATH. (Bj Telegraph.—Press Association.) NEW PLYMOUTH, this day. Ar. the result of extensive burns which she received when, preparing a lire as a surprise for her parents, Nancy, the four-year-old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. J. .Dunlop, died in hospital last night. The child's nightdress caught fire, and inflicted the fatal burns before the mother could extinguish the flames.
