REGULATIONS.
PRINTED FOR CIRCULATION. (By Telegraph.—Parliamentary Reporter.) TV ELLINGTON, Wednesday. The Regulations Bill was put through all stages in the House of Representatives to-night and passed with practically no discussion. This bill gives effect to the promise made by the AttorneyGeneral, Mr. Mason, that regulations which hitherto have appeared only in the "Government Gazette" as a regular practice will in future be printed in a form suitable for general circulation.
After the second reading had heen moved by Mr. Mason, Mr. W. A. Bodkin (National, Central Otago) said the bill would be welcomed by the legal profession.
