MARAMA FROM WELLINGTON. CAMBRIDGE ARRIVED. SURREY DUE FROM LIVERPOOL. The Union Company's mtercolomal liner Marama, 0407 tons, arrived at 10011 to-day from Wellington, and bcrt ' ,C(l ; lt the Prince's wharf. She sails for Sydney at 3 p.m. to-morrow, the 1-edeial Ln t steamer Cambridge, 10,84(5 tons, arrived from New York a few mmutea aftei midnight, and berthed this morning at the Queen's wharf to discharge, blie is expected to leave for Wellington on Saturday. The same company's steamer Surrey, * 5504 tons, will arrive from Liverpool and West of England ports at 9 a.m. to-morrow, with general caigo, and berths at the Queen's wharf. She also discharges at Wellington, Lyttelton, Dunedin and Oamaru. New Zealand, which arrived yesterday from San Pedro, discharged about 750,000 gallons of petrol for the Texas Company, and sailed for v/ellington this afternoon. (T.O. Co.)

Akaroa left Wellington at 11 p.m. yesterday for Auckland to complete discharge of cargo from London, and is due about 1 p.m. to-morrow.

The Union Company's oil hulk Rosamond, which arrived yesterday morning in tow of the Ivalingo. is 52 years old. She was built at Rotterdam in ISS4. her length being 170 ft beam 27ft and depth loft Gin, with a gross tonnage of 721. In 18S8 the vessel was bought by the Union Company and used in tlie Island trade and later in the Greymouth and Westport coal trade. Her passenger accommodation was limited to 23 first and I<> second class. In May, 1021, she ended her sea-going career and was converted to an oil hulk, her principal customers being the inter-island boats Rangatira, Maori. Wahine and Tamahine. She will be used in Auckland for the same work, supplying the company's motor vessels with oil fuel. COMING AND GOING. RANGITANE LEAVES LONDON. The New Zealand Shipping Company's motor liner Rangitane is due to leave London to-day with passengers, mail and cargo for discharge at Wellington and Auckland. She is due at Wellington on August 28. LIKDEXBAXK FROM MEXICO. Messrs. Speddinj*. Ltd., liave received advice that the Lindenhnnk is due from Gulf of Mexico ports about August 1. She brings sulphur and petroleum products for discharge at Auckland, Wellington, New Plymouth, Lyttelton and Dunedin. DUNEDIN STAR TO LOAD. The Blue Star Line motor ship Dunedin Star is due at Bluff from South Africa in ballast on August 21 to load. The vessel will also load at Lyttelton, New Plymouth, Wellington. Napier and Auckland,'leaving Auckland for London, via Cape Horn, on September 12. NARBADA FROM CALCUTTA. Tlie Union Company's chartered steamer Narbada will leave Calcutta early in August for Penang, Singapore and Samarang to complete loading Eastern produce for Auckland, Wellington, Lyttelton, Timaru, Dunedin and Bluff. MATAKANA DUE AT NEW PLYMOUTH. The Shaw, Savill and Albion steamer Matakana is due at New Plymouth from Australia to-morrow to load. The vessel will also load at Picton. Wellington. Gisborne and Auckland. She is scheduled to clear Auckland lor London, via Montevideo and Tenerift'e, on August T. PORT DARWIN TO LOAD.
