THEFT CHARGE FAILS
(By Telegraph.—Press Association.) PALMERSTON NORTH, Wednesday. In the Supreme Court to-day Mervyn Richards, a taxi-driver, aged 26, was found not guilty on a charge of stealing from a dwellingliouse an electric heater and also of receiving.
